familyservice arranges private support and care solutions. familyservice, or one of the institutions that acts on our behalf, handles the recruitment of personnel and sorts out details of care provided. We offer private care in the following areas:

Our recruitment service includes the following services

• Sorting out costs and conditions; creating a profile of a suitable carer/helper.
• Recruiting a selection of people that match the profile. People recruited by familyservice are further carefully examined in a personal suitability interview.
• Forwarding application dossiers to families (family will usually receive several alternatives).
• Drafting an employment contract, providing information about matters relating to employment law, social and other insurances.
• Researching, in case a person placed by us leaves during the probation period.
